Melbournians can now have Queen Rania of Jordan’s Facial
Located within Park Hyatt Melbourne at the leafy Paris-end of Melbourne city, Park Club Health & Day Spa is proud to announce the launch of its newly curated menu, currently available for bookings to members, hotel guests and the public.
Helmed under the direction of Shelley Varacalli, spa manager at Park Hyatt Melbourne, the new menu is a breath of fresh air with an emphasis on achieving beautiful skin using natural and science-based products and methods. From haute Oxygen Facials to Coco Body Cocoons, the new spa menu offers an indulgent range of treatments to refresh & renew from head to toe.
With so much attention focused on achieving flawless skin through make-up, Shelley believes that the first step to a glowing complexion and body is through investing in treatments that directly target each individual’s skin type. According to Shelley, home treatments are a great way to maintain your skin, but skin conditions change over time, and just like how we pay regular visits to the hairdresser, our own skin should be taken care of with a similar to higher frequency.
Years of industry knowledge and a firm understanding of the current trends and influences in the beauty realm has led Shelley to revamp Park Club Health & Day Spa’s treatment menu, introducing two new brand partners- both uniquely different in their products and ethos- that are perfectly aligned with the expectations of the hotel’s high profile clientele.

The latest developments to the leading wellness resort, situated in Hua Hin, Thailand, will comprise a complete overhaul to the Thai Pavilions, Emerald Room, Orchid Lounge, Library, Fitness Centre and Niranlada Medi-Spa. In line with the new resort master plan, the hallmarks of which are contemporary and supremely comfortable interiors, the new look is realised with materials such as local teak, silk and bamboo.
Keeping their quintessential Thai spirit intact, the Thai Pavilions will be brighter, lighter and more spacious, creating a serene, calming space which reflects the tranquility of the resort. A new room category, the Thai Pavilion Suite, will feature an outdoor pantry and its own outdoor private glass-walled sala, a private space for around six guests set amidst the tranquil gardens and suitable for private meals, meditation or just for relaxing.
The addition of a glass wall in the Emerald Room will create a fresh, contemporary and relaxing space, flooded with natural light, where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Orchid Lounge will undergo a complete makeover to become an inviting and sociable spot in which guests can interact, welcoming also a piano and pond-side seating new open juice bar.
