This unique, High Tea experience is the result of tea sommelier, Sarah de Witt, and French-trained pastry chef, Jessica Hillbrick. Together, the dynamic duo are fusing the traditional art of high tea with contemporary food trends inspired by the cobblestone streets of Paris.

Mary serves up an à la carte menu that features handcrafted sweets and deserts, but for a little more sparkle, guests will have the opportunity this August to a Gin inspired High Tea experience. Partnering with Mary’s favourite local distillery, Four Pillars Gin, this special event will see an exotic exploration of botanicals infused in gin and tea.
