Five-star Hotel Chadstone Melbourne’s sneak peek and MICE incentive

The highly-anticipated Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel has given visitors a sneak peek ahead of check-in.

Designed in collaboration with global architecture studios DWP, EDG and Australia’s Bates Smart, the $130 million 12-storey hotel is connected to the leisure destination of Chadstone, just 17 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.

Opening Friday 1 November, the venue offers eight versatile spaces across more than 1,000 square metres, with plenty of natural light – ideal for incentives, board meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, product launches, and team-building sessions, according to Accor.

Meeting spaces include a ballroom capable of catering for up to 650 guests (cocktail-style) and the hotel’s rooftop venue, Altus, which also boasts city views.

This private event space and dining room has a pillarless design, lending itself to a variety of set-up options, and can accommodate 110 banquet style.

It can also be divided into two separate, smaller spaces – perfect for private dinner parties or intimate wedding celebrations.

The hotel also boasts a selection of Atelier meeting rooms with a combined hosting capacity extending to 175 guests (including adjacent boardroom access).

Furthermore, the build features 250-rooms and suites, two penthouses, rooftop bar and dining, a wellness retreat and day spa complete with LED lounge, and yoga studio.

The hotel has unveiled an incentive offer for meeting and events planners ahead of its official launch.

Event organisers who reserve and confirm a meeting or event with Hotel Chadstone Melbourne ahead of its official opening, with a spend of $5,000 or more, will receive a signature Hotel Chadstone tote bag to take home with a surprise hotel gift inside.

Surprise gifts include Balmain beauty products, luxury bathrobes, and champagne, accommodation, dining or spa vouchers.
