Hyde to continue expansion with second Australian location

A second Australian Hyde Kitchen + Cocktails property is set to open in Perth at Accor’s newest Art Series hotel.

Developed by SBE in partnership with Accor, Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails is scheduled to open next month as Australia’s second Hyde build, joining the Gold Coast’s Hyde Paradiso, which opened earlier this year.

Commandeering 550 square metres of space of The Adnate, which is set to open in October, Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails will boast “versatile” seating options and a private dining room. Accor claims these will be “standout” features for event bookers.

A flexible menu will also be on offer to cater for special occasions through to corporate events.

Reflecting on Perth’s natural beauty, pastel sunsets and picturesque beaches, the venue’s neutral colour scheme aims to create a “timeless” and “relaxed” alfresco space, according to Accor. Paying homage to the site’s previous tenant, the venue will also draw inspiration from the jazz age of the 1920s and 30s.

Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails will be located on level one of The Adnate. Inspired by the work of renowned Australian big-wall street artist Matt Adnate, the hotel features one of the world’s largest mega-murals – a 25-storey artwork – reportedly the largest ever painted by Adnate.
