Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough has again taken the top gong in the Business Event Venue category at the West Australian Tourism Awards.

The 2017 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards Gala Dinner was held in Perth on 11 November at Crown Perth.

The gold award recognised the hotel’s excellent business event facilities, location and service in its prime position on the waterfront overlooking the white sands of Scarborough Beach and the sparkling blue Indian Ocean, just a 30 minute drive from Perth Airport and only 15 minutes from the Perth CBD.

The 337 room hotel takes advantage of smart design and modern technology to ensure maximum comfort and excellence in conferencing.

The hotel has 24 contemporary and well-appointed function and event spaces, many with beach side views and fitted with clever audio-visual technology and Wi-Fi.

Versatile in nature, the hotel can cater for boardroom meetings of five people to large ballroom style events of up to 680.

For conventions, school balls, weddings, gala dinners, training sessions, corporate meetings and product launches, Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough’s team of professional event managers provide tailored, personalised events in a number of beautiful event spaces.

The Observation Deck on the 24th floor is an outdoor oasis with sweeping views from Fremantle to Hillarys Marina.

In Mentelle, floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and the Pool Deck is the perfect location for a cocktail party or pool side sundowner.

After a day of conferencing, guests can enjoy the lagoon style pool, an excellent gym, the tranquil Vanilla day spa, tennis courts and a games room.

Rendezvous Scarborough will represent WA at the national Qantas Australian National Tourism Awards, to be held at the new Perth stadium in February 2018.
