AccorHotels has released their multi-million dollar “From the Heart” ad campaign, and boy is it a tear-jerker, folks.
We’re not crying, you’re crying!
Set to air in less than a week, the ad will play on TV and online through the year – and highlights real-life examples of heartfelt service across the hotel network.
Said network includes Sofitel, MGallery by Sofitel, Pullman, Swissôtel, The Sebel, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure and ibis – all of which have recently undergone a cultural transformation.
Which means over 10,000 staff throughout its hotels have the freedom to go “off-script” to transform hotel stays with spontaneous gestures.
These gestures can include anything from celebrating guest birthdays and anniversaries to making younger guests feel extra welcome.
Bridie Commerford, Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Guest Relations for AccorHotels Pacific, said that the team across AccorHotels will continue to go above and beyond for their customers.
“Each and every day throughout over 200 hotels across Australia, our team create special memories for our guests.
“It is a privilege to work in an industry where people share some of their most precious life moments with us and we aim to give each of them an experience that is surprising and genuine – that comes from the heart, rather than from a rulebook.
“This campaign shows just a few of the wonderful gestures our teams have carried out over time,” she said.
The campaign will also celebrate heartfelt acts of service via an ongoing social media campaign, #FromTheHeart, highlighting them as they happen.
The TV campaign will run across free-to-air and subscription TV and will close with a ‘$25 off each night and $1 breakfast’ call to action, at over 160 hotels around Australia.
