What Aussies won big at Forbes Travel 2018 Star Awards?

Forbes Travel Guide has revealed its 2018 Star Award Winners and boy they are LUXE.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the awards, which list the world’s best hotels, restaurants and spas.

Forbes send a bunch of incognito inspectors to evaluate the properties based on up to 900 objective standards, using a proprietary algorithm to that weighs service at 75 per cent and faculty quality at 25 per cent.

This year the ratings were expanded to destinations like Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Aruba, Chengdu, Dubi, Hokkaido, Jamaica, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, Marrakech and Okinawa, just to name a few.
