Crown Melbourne has launched a carbon offset program allowing guests and conference organisers to voluntarily offset their stay.

Standing as the first program of its kind in the hospitality and entertainment industry, the initiative will see Crown Melbourne purchase carbon offsets from wind farm projects in India on behalf of guests and clients.

The initiative is part of a strategy to minimise Crown’s environmental impact and reduce emissions by over 3000 tonnes per year.
