Jetstar will launch nonstop flights from Perth to the Indonesian island of Lombok from September 24, flying four times weekly with an Airbus A320 aircraft.

The new flights will be the first Australian nonstop services to the destination and an introductory fare rate of $119 one way is being offered.

Subject to government and regulatory approvals, the flights will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays with an expected duration of three hours and 40 minutes.

“Lombok is the 62nd port for the Jetstar Group and this new route launch demonstrates our determination to provide more low fares to more destinations than ever before,” Jetstar Australia and New Zealand chief executive David Hall said.
