Hawaiian Airlines has launched its fourth non-stop flight between Brisbane and Honolulu.

The new flight will add more than 20,000 seats to the Australia-Honolulu travel markets in 2014. With the introduction of this additional flight, Hawaiian Airlines will also adjust the scheduled days of operation for the Honolulu – Brisbane route, beginning April 14, 2014.

Hawaiian Airlines is currently the only US carrier that flies to Brisbane.

 

Qantas has vowed to continue improving its customer proposition despite current financial woes as it unveiled its new regional lounge at Broome Airport.

The extended lounge features new work and rest areas, high-speed wifi and Foxtel as well as a view of the tarmac and artworks from local Indigenous artists.

“With thousands of Qantas passengers moving through the terminal each week, we have seen first-hand the significant growth in leisure and business travel to Broome,” Qantas Domestic cief executive Lyell Strambi said.

“The extension of the lounge will help cater for the increased traffic and give passengers more room to relax and work prior to their flight.”

 

Stamford Hotels has launched a new "Pick n Mix" range of deals designed to cater to the varying budget guidelines of different events.

The "bonus sweeteners" included in the promotion inclide complimentary guest rooms, function room wifi, welcome capaes for delegates and free use of breakout rooms for the duration of the event.
