Citadines on Bourke Melbourne, an Ascott property, is offering 15% discounts on best daily rates when a minimum of three consecutive nights are booked. The offer is valid until September 30.

 

Elsewhere, Ascott has gained a contract that will see it managing its first serviced residence in India. The 160 unit Ascott Ireo City Gurgaon, located roughly 30km from Delhi, is expected to open its doors in 2016.

 

A tender for the Package 2 development at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre Precinct has been awarded to Carillion LLC. The package will see the construction of exhibition halls, a 4200 vehicle car park and a cooling facility.
