Qantas has announced its Select on Q-Eatservice will now be extended to customers in its premium economy cabin on select international flights.

Select on Q-Eat is a Qantas service that allows passengers to pre-order their in-flight meal online between seven days and 12 hours before their flight.

The service allows for more choice, including an extra dish as an online exclusive for select routes.

“The Select on Q-Eat offering in business has been very well received since its introduction last year,” executive manager international customer experience Alison Webster said as she welcomed with the introduction of the service to premium economy.

Select on Q-Eat will also be extended to customers travelling internationally in economy from late 2013.
