The great thing about my job is… Working with so many people all around the world, meaning no day is the same.

The challenge for industry is…  To remain positive throughout these turbulent times and to diversify and continue working together.

My greatest achievement is…  Coming to Australia.

The biggest thing in MICE this year will be… Selling the new Silky Oaks Lodge to the MICE markets.

I try to relax by…  Camping, reading  a good book or two.

I don't understand why…  We call our beautiful tropical North Queensland summer the ‘wet season’!

Currently the album playing on my iPod is…  Band of Horses,  Infinite Arms album.

My favourite venue is…  Treehouse Restaurant  at Silky Oaks Lodge.

I am scared to death of… Snakes.

I can't live without…  My girls.

Blackberry or iPhone…  iPhone.

I really wish I had… More hours in the day.

If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they'd be… My mum, dad and sisters, who live in Germany.
