AccorHotels to be official accommodation supplier of Invictus Games
AccorHotels will be the Official Accommodation Supplier of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 presented by Jaguar Land Rover.
As part of the sponsorship, Invictus Games Sydney 2018 competitors will stay in AccorHotels throughout the Games from 20-27 October, with Pullman, Novotel and ibis Sydney Olympic Park playing host to more than 500 competitors from 18 nations.
Swissôtel Sydney will host family and friends of the competitors who are invited to join the Games experience in recognition of the part they play in the recovery of their loved ones.
Simon McGrath, Chief Operating Officer of AccorHotels Pacific said the group was thrilled to be supporting Invictus Games Sydney 2018 and that it will be an honour hosting competitors, their family and friends throughout the week-long event.
“There is no other event or occasion quite like the Invictus Games which shines a spotlight on the plight of servicemen, servicewomen and their families and we are very proud to be involved in the 2018 Games and proud to be providing hospitality to the competitors and their families and friends,” he said.

Founded in 2014 by Prince Harry, the Invictus Games is an international adaptive sporting event for wounded, injured and ill defence personnel and veterans.
The Invictus Games uses the healing power of sport to inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and generate a wider understanding and respect for wounded, injured and ill servicemen and women.
The Invictus Games Sydney 2018 will feature more than 500 competitors from a record 18 participating allied nations.
