An afternoon of elegance and exploration with The Peninsula Hotels

Edited by Travel Weekly

The Peninsula Hotels recently hosted an afternoon soirée at Hermetica Studio in Woolloomooloo, offering guests a sensory journey that unlocked travel memories and inspired future adventures.

The event was a perfect blend of creativity and luxury, showcasing The Peninsula’s signature flair for crafting unforgettable experiences. They also showcased the newest addition to their property portfolio – Peninsula Istanbul.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a unique personal touch: each received a custom “boarding pass” bearing the name of a destination tied to one of The Peninsula’s iconic properties. For many, it sparked nostalgic memories or aspirations of future travel.

The centerpiece of the event was a flower-arranging workshop led by Jai, the owner of Hermetica Studio. With expert guidance, participants used exquisite blooms to design floral displays reflecting the essence of their destinations.

The ambiance of Hermetica Studio added to the event’s charm, with its minimalist yet artistic decor serving as the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of creativity and connection. Guests mingled, shared stories of travel, and savored light refreshments, embodying The Peninsula’s ethos of fostering meaningful moments.

The day’s highlight came with a generous gesture from The Peninsula Hotels: each attendee received a complimentary two-night stay for two at The Peninsula Bangkok. It was a fitting conclusion to an event designed to celebrate the joy of exploration and the beauty of cultural connection.

The afternoon soirée was a resounding success, leaving all who attended inspired to create, connect, and, of course, pack their bags for their next Peninsula adventure.
