Australasian Workforce Management Awards announces 2024 winners
Edited by Travel Weekly

The winners of the Quest sponsored TEMi Australasian Workforce Management Awards were announced at a gala event last Friday, attended by hundreds of industry professionals.

TEMi founder, Deborah de Cerff, said TEMi was proud to honour these industry leaders and the innovative work they had shared.

“TEMi congratulates the well-deserving winners and thanks them for their contributions to the sector,” Deborah de Cerff said. “This niche awards program, dedicated to talent mobility professionals and those in supporting professions, was the first of its kind in the region, and it is wonderful to see more and more practitioners coming forward each year to showcase their work and help us recognise best practice and outstanding service delivery.

“By formally acknowledging and showcasing excellence, we offer benchmarking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, and continue elevating and advancing our profession.”

This year, Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Limited), secured naming rights for the valuable awards program, committing to sponsorship until 2030, to ensure workforce management professionals continue to be acknowledge for their contributions to organisational success.

Ascott Australia’s managing director, David Mansfield, said Quest was proud to support TEMi and the newly titled “Quest TEMi Australian Workforce Management Awards” Program, in 2024 and beyond, and congratulated the winners on their success.

The program is also supported by award sponsors Cigna Healthcare, Grace Corporate Services.
