Simon Gloftis’ famed Greek restaurant Hellenika will take up 600 square metres of indoor and outdoor dining fronting James Street, with a leafy patio and cabana area for poolside evening dining.

An adjoining new laneway development will see a dedicated new food and beverage micro-precinct created called Ada Lane, featuring five exciting new street level eateries and bars, to be announced soon.

Australia’s most sought-after fashion labels will open their Queensland flagship stores on the ground floor of The Calile Hotel including Dion Lee, bassike, Venroy, Bec & Bridge as well as Dutch lingerie brand Love Stories. An indulgent day spa will be announced soon.
