Flight Centre appoints Bree Milkovic as head of digital marketing for corporate brands

Flight Centre Travel Group has appointed Bree Milkovic to the role of SVP, head of digital marketing, for the company’s portfolio of corporate brands.

Milkovic will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategy with a particular focus on creating omnichannel digital acquisition and retention programmes to deliver revenue and growth for the company’s FCM and Corporate Traveller businesses.

Since joining Flight Centre as digital marketing manager for Australia in 2019, she has repeatedly demonstrated her passion for creating digital ecosystems and initiatives to drive positive commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction, and as such, was recognised as ‘Australian Marketer of the Year’ in the group’s annual accolades.

Prior to FCTG, Milkovic forged a decade-long career in omnichannel digital marketing strategy, digital platform management and customer experience across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, non-profit and government sectors.

As part of the company’s global marketing leadership team, she reports to chief marketing officer for the corporate business, Frits de Kok.

Milkovic took up her new role on 1 June and will be relocating to Toronto where the company is establishing a best-in-class global hub to connect and support its regional digital marketing teams across the world.

“Having spent the last two years laying the foundations for our digital marketing capabilities, we’re in a strong place to drive commercial growth for our corporate business.
