Flight Centre’s Stage and Screen names new general manager

Sports and entertainment travel expert Adam Moon has been appointed Stage and Screen’s new general manager for Australia.

Moon takes the reins at Stage and Screen from Gregory Lording, who recently retired after a 30-year career in the corporate travel industry.

Moon has held various roles at Flight Centre Travel Group over the past 12 years, and most recently was the national operations leader for Stage and Screen, a role he has been in for six years.

FCTG’s general manager for large market and specialist brands, Melissa Elf, said: “We’re delighted to have someone of Adam’s experience across our company step into this leadership role to lead the business in the next phase of growth.”

“Adam has been instrumental in Stage and Screen’s success, which boasts exceptionally high client retention, year-on-year growth and a low turnover of staff.

“He has played a major role in growing Stage and Screen into the largest specialised travel services provider for the sports and entertainment industries, and we are excited to see what he will accomplish in his new leadership role.

“Stage and Screen is set for a bright future in 2021 under Adam’s leadership, and we look forward to continuing to work in partnership with our customers on their exciting sports, film and television projects next year.”
