Fraser Suites Sydney commences $4 million facelift

Frasers Hospitality Australia has commenced a soft refurbishment of its luxury serviced apartments, set to be completed during the second half of 2020.

The transformation of all 201 suites, which include Deluxe Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Penthouse Suite inventory, will be led by interior designers D’Cruz, who were also responsible for the design of the group’s Perth property, Fraser Suites Perth.

Soft furnishings including furniture, artwork, curtains, and carpets will be replaced with contemporary pieces sourced by D’Cruz, and additional in-room functions will be improved to suit today’s discerning business and leisure travellers.

Matthew Rubie, general manager of Frasers Hospitality Australia, said: “Since opening in 2007, Fraser Suites Sydney has set itself high standards via our gold-standard, serviced residence offerings matched with exceptional customer service.

“The original design of our first Australian property by renowned architect Sir Norman Foster remains timeless, and in our 13th year of operation, this soft refurbishment of all guest rooms will offer a further lift to our multi-award-winning property.

“We are delighted by the initial feedback we have received and look forward to revealing all the news suites in a few months’ time.”
