Hotel group embarks on “game changing” technology

TFE Hotels are launching a “next generation technology platform” for Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events customers across 70 hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Described as “game changing”, the hospitality technology company iVvy is behind the new venue software and distribution platform, which will enable the hotel group to deliver real-time availability, response and an enhanced customer experience for bookers and partners.

The new dynamic tool will be able to scan availability across the entire hotel portfolio, enabling cross sell functionality, and according to TFE, will be able to “deliver solutions faster than competitors, drive growth through process efficiencies and increase visibility across its properties”.

“Guests looking for meeting facilities will benefit from real-time bookings and quotes with information and services,” TFE said.

“With Rendezvous Hotels joining the TFE Hotels family and the ongoing growth of our hotel portfolio, TFE Hotels is in a fortunate position to offer a wide range of market leading MICE facilities and offer even more choice to our meetings and conference customers. We believe business is built on relationships and our partnership with iVvy further demonstrates our commitment to continually delight our guests,” TFE ceo, Rachel Argaman, said.

TFE Hotels recently invigorated business for its MICE segment earlier this year with the refresh and re-launch of its ‘Events with Benefits’ rewards program.

The iVvy partnership will encompass all TFE Hotels brands including Adina Apartment Hotels, Medina Serviced Apartments, Rendezvous Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Travelodge Hotels and Hotel Kurrajong Canberra.
