IHG Hotels & Resorts launches exclusive Bledisloe Cup packages for rugby fans

IHG Hotels & Resorts is offering new “money-can’t-buy” packages on the IHG One Rewards Access platform as part of its new Major Partnership with Wallaroos women’s and Wallabies men’s national teams for 2024-25.

The IHG Hotels & Resorts set of epic Bledisloe Cup unparalleled experiences are a rugby fan’s dream come true, and are part of IHG’s expanded partnership with Rugby Australia.

IHG One Rewards members will have the exclusive opportunity to bid for or redeem their points on a range of coveted Bledisloe Cup experiences on the IHG One Rewards Access platform.

The packages launch Tuesday 27 August 2024 at 10am (AEST) and rugby fans will need to act fast, as previous IHG One Rewards Access packages have sold out within minutes of their release.

The highlight is the Ultimate Bledisloe Cup Weekender Package, which blends top-tier game access with a luxurious two-night stay in Sydney, marking the first time IHG has included accommodation in their experience offerings.

“IHG Hotels & Resorts is exceptionally proud to now be a Major Partner of both the Wallaroos and Wallabies, building on our partnership with Australian Rugby that has spanned more than 20 years,” Dean Jones, vice president commercial – East Asia & Pacific (EAPAC), IHG Hotels & Resorts said.

“We are committed to powering diversity, equity and inclusion in everything we do, so we couldn’t be more excited to extend our active support for women’s sport through this new partnership.

“We look forward to providing money-can’t buy Rugby experiences for our IHG One Rewards members, and you can be sure that the IHG team will be out in force alongside the Australian community to support our national teams’ success at every game.”
