Indigenous-owned InTravel Group celebrates a decade of corporate travel solutions with social impact
Edited by Travel Weekly

InTravel Group, the fully Indigenous-owned corporate travel management company, is celebrating a major milestone, marking 10 years of delivering high-quality travel solutions with a strong focus on positive social impact.

As a 100 per cent Indigenous-owned business, InTravel Group was founded with the dual mission of providing superior travel management services while creating employment and development opportunities for Indigenous Australians.

“I started InTravel Group 10 years ago because I saw an opportunity to make a difference – not just in the travel industry but also within Indigenous communities,” InTravel Group founder and CEO Dwayne Good said.

“As an Aboriginal person working in corporate travel, I realised there were very few Indigenous people in the sector, and I wanted to change that. I wanted to build a business that provided exceptional service while also creating opportunities for Indigenous Australians to thrive in this industry.

“Looking back on the past decade, I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved. We’ve built lasting relationships with our clients, grown a fantastic team, and most importantly, contributed to positive outcomes for Indigenous employment and development. Every trip we manage, every client we serve, has a purpose beyond business – it helps create a better future for Indigenous Australians.”

InTravel Group has been a member of CT Partners, Australia’s leading independently owned travel buying network, for the past four years. CT Partners offers unique benefits for members ranging from market-leading travel technology and collective buying power to a collaborative network of like-minded professionals and by passing though 100 per cent of supplier payments and driving innovation.

“Celebrating our 10th anniversary is not just about looking back at the past decade; it’s about recognising how far we’ve come with the right partners by our side,” Good said.

“Joining CT Partners during the pandemic was a game-changer for us. They gave us the resources, guidance, and network to elevate our business, allowing us to access market-leading technology and solutions that have helped us compete with much larger agencies. Most importantly, CT Partners provided us with credibility and confidence.”

“One of the most valuable aspects of being part of CT Partners is the access to other experienced members. These professionals have been in the industry longer than us and have faced the same challenges we’re navigating today. Having the ability to call on their insights has been crucial to our growth and decision-making. The collaborative environment within CT Partners ensures that we’re never alone in the journey. We’re part of a community that shares knowledge and supports one another.”

InTravel Group offers a comprehensive range of corporate travel management services tailored to small and medium-sized corporate travel programs. Whether it’s simple bookings or complex travel itineraries, InTravel Group leverages state-of-the-art travel technology to deliver the right solutions. The company also provides group and events travel management, assisting businesses with seamless travel arrangements for conferences and large-scale events.

Founded in 2004, CT Partners is Australia’s third-largest buying group with TTV in excess of $2B in FY24.

As part of CT Partners, InTravel Group has embraced the opportunity to access industry and member insights, scale its services, and continue its growth.

“I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Dwayne and the entire InTravel team for reaching this significant milestone,” CT Partners CEO Matt Masson said. “Ten years of excellence in such a competitive and ever-changing industry is a testament to their hard work, vision, and dedication.

“InTravel Group’s success over the last decade speaks to the core of what CT Partners stands for: empowering independent agencies to achieve their full potential. Our network provides the tools, technology, and relationships needed to thrive in an ever-changing travel landscape. What makes CT Partners different is our unwavering commitment to passing 100 per cent of supplier incentives through to our members. We are 100 per cent delivering for our members.”
