iVvy deal opens up a range of function spaces

Event planners will be able to access a range of private dining room and function spaces in restaurants thanks to a new partnership between online marketplace iVvy  and restaurant reservation platform Dimmi.

The deal effectively opens up a diverse range of previously little known function spaces to the events industry with, restaurants and event organisers able to connect via iVvy’s online marketplace.

“We love the iVvy product and we’re excited to help expand their great work in the Aussie restaurant sector,” Dimmi founder and chief executive Stevan Premutico. “At Dimmi our goal is to help restaurants run a better business and we see this exclusive new partnership as a critical part of that aspiration.”

Event organisers can search, compare, book and pay for function space instantly, locking in event revenue in real-time, iVvy explained. Meanwhile, restaurants can use the platform to “maximise revenue” through lead generation, booking management and the streamlining of processes.

“We are excited to work with Dimmi to deliver a seamless solution for the hospitality industry, iVvy chief executive Lauren Hall said.

“iVvy’s function management provides restaurants and hotels with the opportunity to streamline processes and improve profitability.”
