The Undoing. It’s an American mystery psychological thriller television miniseries starring Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant and Donald Sutherland.

What are you listening to?

My recent wedding playlist – there is something for everyone on it!

What are you cooking?

With four boys … what am I not cooking??!! Tonight, pesto pasta with a variety of things for them to build their own pasta bowl like mushrooms bocconcini and cherry tomatoes.

How are you staying fit both physically and mentally?

Walking and switching off looking at news, social media and emails before bed.

What’s the one thing keeping you sane?

Family.

What’s something positive you’ve witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?

The amazing power of community.

What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?

I actually really enjoy risk management! I also thrive on and drive my energy from connectivity with others – working and leading a team from home just isn’t the same as being face to face.

What’s your advice for others in the MICE industry on coping with the crisis?

Communication, solid relationships, and a willingness to look at things differently. Keep talking to your clients, your suppliers, your industry friends … we are all in this together and we can all learn from each other.
