Luxperience adds events dimension

Luxperience is back this September, building on its previous success by expanding parts of the exhibition specifically for the MICE market.

Running from September 6 to 9, Luxperience is introducing a new dimension to the annual program with Events by Luxperience, which will offer a more tailored product and paint Sydney’s event scene as number one down under.

The Sydney-based business exchange for the global luxury and experiential travel trade has moved to a larger location, the Australian Technology Park, to cater for the increased number of high calibre event and venue exhibitors attending the 2015 event.

Luxperience is a well-established and strongly patronised exhibition, that brings great return on buyer and exhibitor investments, as well as offering efficient and guaranteed appointment schedules.

The structured system enables delegates to target and personalise their meeting schedule, with up to 55 individual 15 minute appointments available.

Multi-channel marketing is also assured with the opportunity for exhibitors to acquire separate meeting streams for sales professionals focused on the MICE segment.

Quality of meetings is also assured with specially selected buyers attending on an invitation-only basis, with access only available to pre-registered delegates.

Luxperience also offers flexible attendance options for buyers ranging from half day to the full three day participation.

With 250 buyers expected to register for the full three day appointment program and additional 200 in each of the shorter duration options, buyer registrations are expected to fill quickly and be in high demand this year.

There is an innovative Thought Leaders Forum and numerous networking opportunities from the welcome and farewell parties, communal breaks to the exhibition pinnacle, the gala event at The Star, all enabling participants to build meaningful relationships with key decision makers.

Decorative Events & Exhibitions’ managing director Mark Magennis said it’s all about attendee engagement, and return on investment.

“Events by Luxperience 2015 will now attract the very best in MICE industry buyers and sellers through the successful Social Events schedule and the flexible Pre-Scheduled Appointments program, which are hosted in custom suites and innovative custom stands –which is a refreshing move away from shell scheme,” Magennis said.

“The team at Decorative Events & Exhibitions are pleased to be assisting the Luxperience team in launching this opportunity for the participation of the very best that Sydney has to offer.”

“Sydney is the event capital of Australia and it is booming. The city’s success can be attributed to its unparalleled beauty and the City’s obsession with innovation.  Sydney is the home to the best venues, event specialists and creative suppliers and is the number one destination choice for international visitors.

“Leveraging off the success of Luxperience 2014 which doubled in size, the team at Luxperience in collaboration with significant partners such as Decorative Events & Exhibitions, The Star and Australian Technology Park will deliver this new opportunity.”

The founder of Luxperience, Helen Logas, also commented on the event in 2015, adding that it has evolved very quickly since its inception.

“Since launching less than four years ago, Luxperience has grown an average of 50 per cent year on year and strengthened our positioning as a viable event in Sydney and Australia,” she said.

“The luxury and high end experiential travel market has weathered the storm in a tough environment and has shown its resilience and adaptability to a variety of markets and sectors such as the MICE market.”

Luxperience is expecting over 300 exhibitors to meet with increased numbers of local Sydney and Australian based buyers as well as from across the globe at its newly invigorated 2015 event.
