Magnatech partners with Link Travel Group to enhance Travel Management efficiency
Edited by Travel Weekly

Magnatech Travel Management Solutions, an innovative travel technology company, had announced a strategic partnership with Link Travel Group.

The partnership sees Link Travel Group’s growth-minded members utilising Magnatech’s OnTrackplus tool, designed to streamline unused ticket tracking and maximise operational efficiency.

Link Travel Group, formed in 2022 through a joint venture between Flight Centre Travel Group, Goldman Travel Corporation, and the Spencer Group of Companies, is committed to delivering exceptional service and value to its members. The partnership benefits the Link Travel Group with the advanced capabilities of OnTrackplus, which has already demonstrated significant time savings and operational improvements.

OnTrackplus offers several key benefits to Link Travel agencies:

  • Time efficiency: The tool saves account managers and consultants significant time each month by automating the tracking of unused tickets.
  • Error elimination: It eliminates errors associated with manual credit tracking and calculations, ensuring accuracy thereby reducing the risk of ADM-related costs linked to ticket exchange errors.
  • Enhanced visibility: The tool provides greater visibility over open, exchanged, refunded, and expired tickets, allowing agencies to further improve client servicing.

Goldman Travel, a key member of Link Travel Group, has reported outstanding success with OnTrackplus. A recent case study highlighted how the tool has transformed their operations, saving valuable time and resources. The success has paved the way for broader adoption of OnTrackplus across the entire Link Travel Group network.

The partnership agreement allows Link Travel Group agencies to further strengthen their competitive edge in the travel industry. Currently, four Link agencies are already leveraging the power of OnTrackplus, positioning the group at the forefront of travel management innovation.

General manager at Link Travel Group, Scott Darlow, said: “This partnership with Magnatech for OnTrackplus is another way we deliver exceptional value to our group of agencies. By embracing cutting-edge technology, we’re empowering our members with tools that enhance efficiency and drive better business outcomes, allowing them to focus on delivering outstanding service to their clients.”

Regional sales director, APAC at Magnatech, Susan Enners, added: “I am thrilled to bring our expertise to this partnership with the corporate/business travel agencies of Link Travel Group. OnTrackplus is designed to save time, eliminate errors, and provide greater visibility over tickets-on-hold management, enabling our customers to enhance their client service and drive better business outcomes.”

As Link Travel Group continues to lead the way in premium travel services, this partnership underscores their commitment to leveraging the latest technology to enhance their offerings and provide exceptional service to their clients.
