Ovolo to launch Mojo Nomad brand Down Under

Following its success in Hong Kong, Ovolo Group is set to launch its Mojo Nomad brand in Australia.

Mojo Nomad South Yarra will become the brand’s signature flagship property Down Under, once completed in mid-2020.

Ovolo said the Mojo Nomad experience is designed to break barriers and rules, challenge the status quo and is unapologetically different, taking group founder and CEO Girish Jhunjhnuwala’s own path irrespective of convention.

“In a day and age which doesn’t allow us to live our own lives authentically and have a true sense of self, Mojo Nomad truly lets the future traveller, the global nomad and locals alike to choose the way they want to travel and socialise without limitation,” Jhunjhnuwala said.

“With the ‘ultimate future traveller’ at the core of its foundations are flexibility and diversity.”

Mojo Nomad will offer approximately 100 rooms; an eclectic mix of sophisticated accommodation from beds, to rooms and suites.

The design dream team of Woods Bagot Architect and renowned interior designers Luchetti Krelle have designed each room with a distinct personality and to be equipped with all the needs of the future traveller, whilst the shared rooms offer the utmost in privacy within the confined space boasting, privacy screens, TVs, reading lights and Bluetooth headphone capabilities.

All communal space aspirations have been fully integrated into the design of the building, along with residential areas that also include a cinema room, library, gym and lounge for residents.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s cultural hub of South Yarra and Toorak, Mojo Nomad will be a hop, skip and a jump away from Chapel St and public transport hubs.
