Regional Victoria Showcase returns in 2017

Business Events Victoria is hosting their 2017 Regional Victoria Showcase at the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne on Thursday 25 May.

Event organisers are invited to come along and be inspired by Regional Victoria’s many locations for business events. The showcase will feature the best venues and unique destinations of Victoria with exhibitors from every corner of the state.

“The annual flagship event, now running its third edition, is going from strength to strength. Attendees will be guaranteed to find something new for their next business event as the Showcase has grown 60 per cent since the inaugural edition and 25 per cent of exhibitors this year are new,” Executive Officer of Business Events Victoria, Chris Porter said.

“The Regional Showcase is a great way for destinations and venues to build relationships with event buyers and industry stakeholders.”

“We had great feedback after the 2016 event, with buyers being exposed to venues that they were previously not aware of and being first to be kept abreast of updates. Many venues reported genuine booking enquiries as a result of their involvement,” Mr Porter added.

Exhibitors from Daylesford and Macedon Ranges, Gippsland, Goldfields, Grampians, Great Ocean Road, Greater Geelong and the Bellarine, Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island, The Murray, Victoria’s High Country, and Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges will be in attendance to showcase Victoria’s 11 beautiful regions.
