The third and final tower of Brisbane’s FV by Peppers is now open
A new level of inner-city sophistication has arrived in Brisbane with the completion of FV by Peppers’ third and final tower.
Developed by luxury property developer GURNERTM, FV’s ‘No.1’ tower completes the $600 million, three-tower development in Fortitude Valley’s Alfred Street.
The opening of No. 1 has added four new exclusive room types to the hotel: One Bedroom Apartment Foresters Hall, Two Bedroom One Bathroom Foresters Hall, Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Foresters Hall, and the grand The Fortitude Suite.
All No. 1 apartments have access to state-of-the-art amenity on the level 31 rooftop, including a curved skyline pool, two private spa areas with a BBQ, bar and lounge areas, and an array of lounge and dining areas.
FV by Peppers’ first two towers – Flatiron, Valley House – opened in September 2017, heralding the arrival of the Peppers brand in Brisbane.
No. 1 guests can also access FV by Peppers’ luxe amenities within the other two towers, including a 65-metre u-shaped skyline pool which bends around the Flatiron building on level six, a 20-person cinema, yoga studio, commercial-sized gym, and three VIP private spa lounges, which are available to hire for up to four hours and include a private spa, bar and dining area overlooking Brisbane’s CBD and Story Bridge.
The hotel, which was designed to appeal equally to the Valley’s leisure visitors as well as its corporate guests, boasts a state-of-the-art and beautifully appointed Business Club with two natural light-filled executive boardrooms, two intimate meeting rooms, a lounge area, library, private dining room and private state-of-the-art workstations, which are equipped with WiFi.
The hotel also offers an onsite restaurant and bar, 24-hour reception, valet parking, WiFi and the convenience of express checkout, tour desk and concierge.
To celebrate the opening of No.1, FV by Peppers have launched a special deal, where guests can stay two nights and save up to 10 per cent. One Bedroom Apartment Foresters Hall guest rooms start from $198* per night.
