Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced its executive director and CEO ANZ, Asia and Europe, Laura Ruffles, will be stepping down from her position.

In a statement on the ASX, CTM confirmed that Ruffles will be stepping down due to a personal health issue, effective immediately.

Ruffles will however remain with CTM to continue her leadership of customer facing technology, aligned to delivery of the agency’s 5-year plan. The regional CEOs will report directly to Jamie Pherous, managing director.

Pherous said: “I would like to thank and acknowledge Laura’s significant contribution as an Executive Director and senior leader over many years and I’m pleased she will remain involved with CTM in a pivotal role that provides the flexibility she needs at this time.”

CTM has not announced Ruffles’ successor.

Since the announcement, the share price of CTM has dropped by 1.62 per cent. It currently sits at $17.62.
