The great thing about my job is… that every day brings new and exciting challenges.

The challenge for industry is… keeping all stakeholders positive particularly in challenging times.

My greatest achievement is… from a personal point of view my gorgeous family but professional building the event and education offering for RBI over the past 2 years.

The biggest thing in MICE this year will be… selling your value proposition particularly when a lot of clients are under budget pressure. At one end, you’ve got sophisticated clients who’ve been doing meetings/incentives for years. At the other end you’ve got first-time clients who think their administrative assistant can do it all. How can you sell the value of using your services to each of these groups?

I try to relax by… the usual – catching up with family and friends while enjoying a glass of wine by the water

I don’t understand why… people don’t say thank you anymore

Currently the album playing on my iPod is… 21 by Adele

My favourite venue is…Cable Beach Resort, Broome – can I please go there again

I am scared to death of…broken glass (weird I know)

I can’t live without… besides my family (including the dogs) a glass of good wine and unfortunately my iphone

Blackberry or iPhone… iphone

I really wish I had… an extra 20 hours in the day

If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they’d be… Richard Branson, Somaly Mam, Princess Diana and Brad Pitt (still gorgeous at 48)
