BBC World News launches on Heathrow Express

London, England - May 1, 2016: A Heathrow Express Class 332 electric passenger train at London's Paddington Station.

From 1 September 2016, Heathrow Express passengers will be kept up to date with a new BBC World News onboard service, which will provide one-minute news and business bulletins on the 15-minute journey to and from Heathrow and Paddington.

The bulletins will be delivered through the existing Express TV service, which are positioned on screens throughout First and Express Class on Heathrow Express trains, which depart from Paddington on average every 15 minutes.

At weekends, the award-winning global news channel’s travel and technology programmes – The Travel Show and Click – will be shown.
