Crown Towers Sydney provides sneak peek of new multi-billion-dollar hotel

With bookings set to go live before July and expressions of interest already being taken, Crown has released a series of never-before-seen renders of what will soon be Sydney’s largest hotel.

Standing at 275 metres high, Crown Towers will feature 349 guest rooms, including 327 rooms, 20 villas and two premium villas. Moreover, with concentric designs in the hotel’s nearly 350 rooms, each offers a unique configuration.

The top villa will sit across two levels and will be the tallest habitable space in any hotel in Sydney, and boasts unprecedented views of the city.

Beginning at 257 metres high and approximately 695 square metres in size internally, the villa also includes 125 square metres of outdoor terrace space.

Interiors across the property have been designed by world-renowned design firm Meyer Davis, which has worked on some of the world’s leading hotels.

London-based architecture firm WilkinsonEyre was responsible for the exterior design of the hotel, with its stand out feature 8,000 glass panels, all individually cut and unique in their size, adorning Crown Towers’ façade.

Leading landscape architecture firm St Legere Design International created the landscaping seen throughout the hotel, which is Balinese inspired. Inside, the firm selected a “bespoke” selection of location-suited plants, exotic and native.

Blainey North, one of Australia’s top architecture and interior design firms specialising in luxury environments, created a beautiful Sydney Harbour inspired design for the Crown Spa.

It’s been an uphill battle for Crown to get the now eagerly awaited Baranagaroo-based property off the ground, but Crown Sydney chief operating officer Peter Crinis believes once Crown Towers opens it will stand among the finest hotels in the world.

“We have worked with leading international design teams to create something truly unique for Sydney,” he said.

“International in feel, but celebrating the beauty of Sydney and its surrounds in its execution.”
