Doltone House partners with Sydney’s Club Marconi

Doltone House has announced a new partnership with entertainment, sporting and recreation venue Club Marconi at Bossley Park in Sydney’s west.

The partnership will see Doltone House take over all functions at Club Marconi, offering a premium service for business events and conferences, weddings and social events from 2020.

Paul Signorelli, executive chairman of Doltone House, said it was a partnership borne from a shared history.

“The Signorelli family, owners of Doltone House, are very proud to continue the legacy of our father, the late Biaggio Signorelli, an Italian migrant of the 1950s and an original Marconi member, with the opportunity to serve the local community with our premium event services,” he said.

“Many of our clients have asked us over the years to bring Doltone House closer to them, and we are very pleased to have this exciting opportunity in which to do so.

Club Marconi has grown to become an important place not just for the Italian community, but the whole community. It now has over 45,000 members representing 29 nationalities and 20 languages.

Situated on 31 acres of land, Club Marconi is one of the largest cosmopolitan registered clubs in Australia, and the largest sports club in Sydney.

Vince Foti, president of Club Marconi, said the partnership between aimed to elevate the hospitality offering for the club’s members and guests.

“We see a bright future working in partnership to bring the local businesses, families and communities together at Club Marconi, with the award-winning service and hospitality offerings by the team behind Doltone House,” he said.

“We will now be able to host meetings, conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, weddings and social events with the iconic Doltone House brand that many of us have enjoyed over the years at their other venues.”

Doltone House has completed the design stage (see below photos) of the extensive refurbishment and is currently in a tender process for the renovation works. A timeline will then be available for 2020 bookings.
