The 2015 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) gala dinner has been sold out, more than a month before the show.

“AFTA regrets that as a result of the construction at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC) AFTA was not able to secure a venue that provided the seats for the overwhelming response that we have received.” AFTA chief executive, Jayson Westbury said.

“We acknowledge that being unable to accommodate the large demand for tickets creates a problem. We will encounter the same situation next year as we will be at the same venue but will do our best to encourage people to make an early application.”

“The night will still be a huge success and the 1,220 people that will be attending will celebrate with their industry colleagues a night of reward and recognition. It’s a sell out.”

The 2015 NTIA Gala Dinner will be held at Dockside Pavilion Darling Harbour on Saturday 18 July.
