Hotels.com reveals its secret

Hotels.com is on a mission to bring prices even lower with its new ‘secret’ special.

Introducing a program known as ‘Secret Prices’, Hotels.com offers participating customers a broader selection of hotel deals, most of which can’t be found on comparison sites.

Secret Prices collates thousands of specially negotiated rates and subscriber-only deals on hotels around the world, with customers only needing to subscribe to Hotels.com emails, download the app and/or sign up for the free loyalty program, Hotels.com Rewards.

What used to be called Welcome Rewards has now been rebranded as Hotels.com Rewards, and gives loyalty members a free night with every 10 nights stayed in 200,000 hotels around the world, with no blackout dates.

Existing Welcome Rewards members will automatically become Hotels.com Rewards members and will continue to earn free nights without experiencing any changes to their account or the way they accumulate free nights. They will also receive the dual benefits of the new Secret Prices program.

“We continually look for ways to evolve the services we provide our customers,” Hotels.com’s vice president for customer marketing Clive Peoples said.

“Secret Prices brings even greater savings to our members, app users and email subscribers and offers value beyond other online travel sites.”

The Hotels.com loyalty program has more than 15 million members and has awarded more than three million free nights. Hotels.com Rewards members can access Secret Prices and manage their free nights on the go, via the mobile booking app, or via desktop devices.
