Luke Mangan is bringing back Australia’s favourite Brunch Party

Placing a twist on NYC’s legendary boozy bottomless brunches, this April, the BRUNCH OF FUN is taking over his Waterloo Warehouse complete with copious amounts of “Bakin’, Brunch & Bubbles”.

Showcasing some of Australia’s top underground baking and dessert talent and providing them a collaborative platform, MOJO by Luke Mangan will be transformed into a brunch and bubbles extravaganza highlighting some of Sydney’s and Melbourne’s best desserts, combined with a delicious selection of brunch bites and Champagne Henriot, available by the glass or by the bottle.

Leading the breakfast dessert path is MasterChef Australia Runner up and KOI Dessert Bar Owner, Reynold Pernomo, Melbournian Instagram sensation Alicia Henderson from @Sweetbakes_, Australian gelato connoisseurs N2 gelato and Sydney sweet-tooth legends @CakesbyCliff, @BlackstarPastry, @Makmakmacarons and @ButtercremeLane.

“Our last Brunch party had over 1000 people come through our doors – and this one is set to be the biggest yet! Who doesn’t love great food, amazing champagne and music all before midday?!” said Mangan.

“Our collaborators are the real legends in these events – they are a creative bunch and all rising stars in the food scene in their own right. Our events at MOJO are not only about having an awesome time – but I’m hoping they will also inspire, raise the bar and open doors for up-and-coming talent for our hospitality industry.”

For those who want a more intimate experience, Luke, Reynold Poernomo and Cakes by Cliff will also be hosting a sit-down brunch degustation before the event, with bottomless glasses of Henriot Champagne with a limited group of 30 guests. During the degustation, Luke will showcase MOJO’s new brunch menu, and dessert wunderkinds Reynold and Clifford will be creating a special, one-off dessert to end the 3-courses.

The Brunch of Fun also coincides with the last day of entries for Mangan’s search for a Culinary Experience Officer. The crowned ‘CEO’ will land the role of a lifetime that includes joining Luke for the inaugural journey on board the Eastern & Oriental Express. They will also develop content and report on Luke’s extensive portfolio, including a taste of Virgin Australia Business class, a Hamilton Island P&O cruise, as well as enjoy dinners in Luke’s restaurants in Asia and the Maldives.
