Regional NSW the flavour of the month

Regional NSW the flavour of the month

Two new regions will soon be added to The Conference Shop’s portal, following a tour of conference venues in both areas last week.

Mudgee and Dubbo are next on the list for the company, with a range of experiences charming The Conference Shop on a recent visit.

Wine and fine cuisine in Mudgee and a deluxe safari lodge at Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo were on the itinerary for The Conference Shop team during its week-long field trip to personally inspect MICE product it will soon add to its free online planning resource for conference organisers.

Mudgee and Dubbo will be the 13th and 14th regions in NSW to be represented by The Conference Shop, which showcases regional areas in the State and also Canberra as venues for conferences and business events.

During their busy quality-testing tour of central western regions of NSW, The Conference Shop leaders Carla and Chris Offord visited more than 40 suppliers including Dundullimal Homestead near Dubbo, Lowe’s Winery at Mudgee and the Pipeclay Pumphouse Restaurant, which was recently ranked as one of Australia’s top 500 restaurants by the Australian Financial Review.

The Conference Shop allows conference organisers to easily research and plan regional conferences for free, using products selected by the expert teams based on field trips such as the tour to Mudgee and Dubbo last week.
