The Byron at Byron has launched two new conference packages that offer delegates a glimpse of indigenous Australiana and showcases the best of Byron Bay.

Brought to life by the newly appointed Operations Manager, Adam Males the two packages elevate the resort into a key destination for executives in 2019.

The Spirit of Byron Package

Bringing to life the deep history and culture of Australia, The Spirit of Byron package includes traditional ceremonies and entertainment that deliver an invaluable experience for delegates. The Spirit of Byron conference package includes:

  • A Welcome to Country from a local indigenous leader
  • Traditional smoking ceremony
  • Didgeridoo entertainment
  • Indigenous rainforest tour by local Arakwal tribe – POA

Throughout the conference, delegates can unwind at a long table whilst grazing on a set menu, specially curated by new Executive Chef, Minh Le. Using local produce and ingredients inspired by the local surroundings. Some highlights of the menu are:

  • Coal grilled Kangaroo rump with native pepper berry
  • Coal grilled Moreton Bay Bugs
  • Baked potato, wattle seed and garlic butter
  • Lemon myrtle cheesecake

The Best of Byron Package

Renowned for its powerful healing qualities and unique culture, The Best of Byron package showcases what is quintessentially Byron.

Delegates gather at the Byron at Byron restaurant lawn, for an alfresco dining experience under the stars, set up in minimalistic style and typical of the barefoot luxury that Byron Bay is famous for. A new menu from executive chef Minh Le, sees delegates indulge in local Byron produce, Asian delicacies and Mediterranean inspired street food.

A curated experience, executives can choose two unique Byron experiences:

  • Fire Twirler
  • Tarot Card Reader
  • Acoustic Busker
  • Chakra Healer

Available on request, delegates can arrange a beer truck from handcrafted beer brand, Stone and Wood or a Gin bar from local friends, Brookie’s Gin.
