Where is this Parisian Courtyard in Sydney?

Sydney’s luxe InterContinental Sydney Double Bay has gone a little bit French with its romantic new courtyard space.

Serving as more than just a spot for afternoon tea, the provincial-style Courtyard doubles as a unique event space, and is now available for events, such as intimate wedding ceremonies, cocktail celebrations and conference breakouts.

Located at the centre of the five-star Double Bay retreat, the secluded venue is reminiscent of a courtyard belonging to a French private residence, with stone paving, green trees, manicured fragrant gardens, ceramic feature urns and Parisian café-style furnishing, surrounded by cream walls and Juliet balconies.

The space is the perfect pairing to InterContinental Sydney Double Bay’s pillarless Grand Ballroom and Rooftop Pool & Lounge overlooking the harbour.

Sydney’s only five-star hotel outside the CBD, the new 140-room InterContinental Sydney Double Bay delivers a boutique offering for events, with personalised service, the latest technology and unique spaces 5km from the city.

Guests can even enter via the harbour, with Double Bay public ferry wharf and private marina just 200 metres from the hotel.

Also on offer is Sydney’s only fully separate kosher kitchen, with the hotel delivering outstanding in-house kosher catering for events, accredited by the Kashrut Authority.

The hotel also houses a collection of dining, entertainment and wellness offerings in its ground floor arcade, including new Trumps Spa and Snap Fitness 24-hour gym.
