The great thing about my job is… The amazing venues makes my job very easy as they sell themselves.

The challenge for industry is… In this fast-paced environment, maintaining service focus, face-to-face communication and ensuring every client has personalised service.

My greatest achievement is… Seeing my team grow and develop during my 18 months at The Star. In December, for example, we executed over 200 events.

The biggest thing in MICE this year will be… The opening of The Star’s Event Centre of course.

I try to relax by… I love enjoying my favourite cocktail at Sokyo bar in The Darling.  It’s the moshi-moshi cocktail.

I don’t understand why… My youngest child can operate the home theatre better than me.

Currently the album playing on my iPod is… Coldplay.

My favourite venue is… Any of the penthouses at The Darling hotel. They make me feel proud to live in Sydney.  The views are literally breathtaking.

I am scared to death of… Wrinkles.

I can’t live without… My beautiful family.

Blackberry or iPhone… iPhone.

I really wish I had… A butler from The Star at home.

If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they’d be… George Clooney, Mayor Bloomberg, Meryl Streep and Robin Williams.  That way I would have good looks, intelligence, class and comedy all at one table.
