Oaks Hotels & Resorts is progressing with its mammoth refurb schedule across a selection of city and resort properties.

The new look Oaks Seaforth Resort on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast has received plenty of TLC in the past 12 months, with an estimated $2 million being pumped into its facelift.

The revamp project focused on the Resort’s apartment accommodation, comprising all one, two and three bedroom room types, which now reflect a warm, coastal charm that blends with its beachside location.

Upgrades included fresh carpet, interior paint works, new bedding, headboards and linen, ambient lighting and furnishings, while apartments feature full kitchen facilities, large open-plan living areas and private balconies.

Oaks’ regional QLD area manager of sales Reno Verikakies said, “The revitalisation of Oaks Seaforth Resort is an important investment for Oaks Hotels & Resorts that will strengthen the property’s position in market as one of the Sunshine Coast’s most sought after resorts.

“We are very proud to showcase the new look Resort and we are confident our refreshed product will deliver guests with a highly improved and memorable accommodation experience.”

Oaks Seaforth Resort is located on the famous “Sunshine Strip” between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, just steps from the sand of Alexandra Headland. The Resort features a selection of deluxe leisure facilities, including a lagoon style swimming pool, heated lap pool, children’s wading pool, spa, sauna, fully-equipped gymnasium and barbeque areas set amongst the tropical surrounds.

Oaks Seaforth Resort is offering travellers the chance to experience its new look first-hand, with rates starting from $159 per night for a one bedroom apartment (minimum two night stay).
