Royal Caribbean have released six-night Tasmanian cruise on Explorer of the Seas – ideal for MICE 1 June 2017.

The compact six-night Tasmania cruise onboard is one of the largest and most action-packed cruise ships sailing in Australia, Explorer of the Seas – making it the ideal choice for a MICE industry event.

Perfectly timed for an end of year conference or incentive, the cruise departs Sydney on Saturday 9 December 2017. The six-night round-trip cruise includes a call to Hobart and Melbourne along with three days at sea, offering the perfect mix of business and pleasure for attendees.

“We know MICE organisers are constantly looking for new and exciting ways to wow their clients, and a cruise with Royal Caribbean delivers just that.

“It not only makes planning easier – with all conference, accommodation, entertainment and dining venues in one place – but it also offers incredible value for money, costing as little as $210 per head,” said Managing Director, Royal Caribbean International Australia & New Zealand, Adam Armstrong.

The recently revitalised, 3,800-guest Explorer of the Seas is one of the largest ships sailings down under and features flexible conference facilities with capacity for up to 400 delegates, state-of-the-art presentation equipment and inbuilt AV, variety of meeting rooms, a dedicated onboard event manager and VOOM – the fastest internet at sea.

The vast size of the ship means there is ample room for team-bonding challenges on amazing features like the FlowRider surf machine, rock-climbing wall, full size sports court, ice skating rink, and mini-golf course.

After a day’s action, delegates can wind down at Broadway-style shows in the Palace Theatre, enjoy an ice-show spectacular, watch a guest comedian or musician, or take their pick from nine different bars and nightclubs.

The ship also features eight different dining options, including Giovanni’s Italian, Chops Grille steakhouse, Izumi Japanese restaurant and Johnny Rocket’s hamburger bar, as well as 1,642 spacious staterooms.

Explorer of the Seas returns to Australia on 29 October 2017 for her third season based down under. She will join twin-sister ship Voyager of the Seas as well as Ovation of the Seas, Australia’s newest, biggest and most modern ship; and Radiance of the Seas, Royal’s culinary ship, as they set sail around Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific region in the 2017/18 season.
