The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Andrew Adams as its director of operations at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
Adams brings over 25 years of hospitality industry knowledge and experience to the role. He has previously worked for a number of luxury five-star establishments including SBE Group, Four Seasons and The Peninsula.
Following a 13-year stint in the US, Adams has returned home to Sydney and will be responsible for championing The Fullerton Hotel Sydney’s future food and beverage concepts, along with overseeing the overall guest experience.
Commenting on his appointment, Adams said: “I’m thrilled to be a part of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney team, where I am able to combine my passion in people-first hospitality and heartfelt travel.
“I look forward to working closely alongside the team, and to build my professional future with this incredible hotel brand.”
