Virgin lures SMEs with discounts

????????????????????????????????????

Reduced fares have been added to the range of rewards Virgin Australia is offering small and medium-sized businesses as part of its corporate travel program Accelerate.

The discounts of up to 10% available through Fare Advantage by Accelerate are designed to make the airline more attractive for small and medium-sized businesses across Australia, according to chief commercial officer Judith Crompton.

“We understand that businesses have to be more agile and flexible than ever before, and that includes their travel plans,” she said.

“Accelerate members will now be rewarded at both the time of booking with Fare Advantage discounts and on their membership anniversary each year with a travel credit based on their spend.”

Reductions include 10% off all business class fares in Australia, select international short haul routes and international long haul routes; 10% off premium economy saver fares; and 5% off economy flexi fares in Australia, select international short haul routes and international long haul routes.

Fare Advantage by accelerate flight discounts also apply to codeshare flights operated by Delta Air Lines and Etihad Airways flights with a VA flight number.
