Hunter Valley’s Chateau Élan expands MICE presence
By admin

Chateau Élan at The Vintage has joined Tourism Portfolio’s luxury collection as it focuses on MICE growth.

Taking its MICE business to a new level, the appointment of Sydney-based Tourism Portfolio to represent it in the Australia market will only add to the already strong support from meeting and conference clients.

General manager Joe Spagnolo said many of the property’s MICE guests return year after year, and their support is “invaluable."

Spagnolo added that he was confident that working with Tourism Portfolio will expand the property’s presence ever further, attracting meeting and conference guests from across Australia.

Located just two hours’ drive from Sydney, Chateau Élan at The Vintage is set among the Hunter Valley's spectacular vineyards and offers state-of-the-art meetings facilities catering for up to 200 guests, along with 20 super-luxury spa suites and a series of private lifestyle villas.

Chateau Élan at The Vintage was recently awarded the prestigious title of 'Conference Hotel of the Year' at the 2014 Tourism Accommodation Australia (NSW) Awards for Excellence – a category that included nominees representing some of the country's top luxury properties and iconic five-star CBD hotels.

Tourism Portfolio managing director Donna Kessler said Chateau Élan at The Vintage is “an outstanding addition to the company’s collection of luxury Australian properties, which also includes Byron at Byron Resort and Spa and Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa in NSW’s Blue Mountains.”
