The great thing about my job is… No one day is the same and I get to meet great people on a daily basis.

The challenge for the industry is… Staying ahead of the game with so many changes facing the way we do business.

My greatest achievement is… I’m biased, but my baby Tyson.

The biggest thing in MICE this year will be… From what I am seeing and hearing so far, the biggest thing is the change in events – clients are less concerned about an event for events sake. It has to connect with their brand, have the technology to share their message and take the next competitive step and stand them apart from the rest of the market. That goes for both internal and client events.

I try to relax by… Feeling the sand between my toes. A nice glass of vino doesn’t hurt either.

I don’t understand why… My little boy has to grow up so fast.

Currently the album playing on my iPod is… Once Again – John Legend.

My favourite venue is… The Westin Langkawi.

I am scared to death of… Bees.

I can’t live without… The beach.

Blackberry or iPhone… iPhone, although I still miss my Blackberry.

I really wish I had… My own private tropical island.

If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they’d be… Please reserve judgement – Robbie Williams, Jon Bon Jovi, John Mayer and my husband (he’d hate every minute).
