Toga adds benefits in 2012

Toga adds benefits in 2012

Toga Hotels has re-instated its events with benefits scheme following the continued success of the 2011 initiative.

The 2012 events with benefits scheme, which rewards companies and meeting planners for events bookings, has been extended to include a wider range of benefits.

Companies will receive a $500 rebate off their next conference for bookings valued at $10,000 or more, and a fully stocked mini bar for events worth at least $6,000. The 15th delegate will also attend for free when companies spend at least $3000 at selected Toga Hotels.

Gift cards valued up to $300 are also on offer for individual event planners who book events worth at least $2000 at selected properties.

Unveiling the initiative at an intimate lunch in Sydney last week, Toga Hotels director of sales Kylie Gill said the re-launch followed “ongoing success” of the 2011 Events with Benefits program.

“The reaction to Events with Benefits was so positive last year that we had to reinstate it again this year,” she said.

The latest program will run until the end of the year, but may remain indefinitely, director of brands and communication Lisa Phillips added.

“The program has been designed to ensure we deliver a program that resonates well with the market. It has also been designed to become the signature MICE incentive program for Toga Hotels,” Phillips said.

Toga Hotels remains confident the program will trump the 2011 initiative, with the number of confirmed re-registrations and return bookings already doubling last year’s scheme.

Over 30 Toga Hotels are taking part in the initiative, including Medina Apartment Hotels, Adina Apartment Hotels, Travelodge Hotels and Vibe Hotels. Visit www.togahotels.com.au/benefits to register.
