evvnt joins Ice Bucket Challenge

evvnt joins Ice Bucket Challenge
By admin

As the Ice Bucket Challenge has taken over social media, evvnt decided to get in on the action.

People were throwing buckets of a mixture of water and ice over their heads to raise money for ALS research so the challenge was laid down on the 21 August in the evvnt London office.

Business development executive Craig Barnett challenged evvnt chief executive officer Richard Green, who was currently in New York City for a business trip.

“evvnt wants to challenge the event tech industry” Green said.

“We are seen as thought leaders and indeed the creators of community, so it just simply made sense to cause a splash, engage the events industry and support this excellent cause.”

This was followed up in New York with both event tech founders double dunking a huge ice bucket for charity with evolero chief executive officer Tal Shoham.

Stay tuned for the next episodes of the #IceBucketChallenge for the event industry.

Lets see more awareness in the Event Tech communities.
